I brought some rings to solder and came back for them later and was told they had been sent to be melted down because I didn't pick them up in time

Amazing! Great selection for sale. I needed a chain watch band adjusted and they took care of it in less than two minutes. Very affordable and friendly service!

I love this place. I have been shopping with them for over 15 years. The customer service is fantastic and staff are always friendly and welcoming. This is the best jewelry store in town. ♥️

The people working there are very nice. My complaint is the prices. I am a very experienced gold buyer and they WILL not budge on their prices and almost all other places will. So that's why I won't buy much from them. It doesn't matter how much u spend in there either..no deal for u. I feel their prices are the highest around for 10 k jewelry. I'm not spending that on 10 k. ..so prepare to spend top dollar for so/so gold. Most places will knock off some money or work with you.

Very expensive and bad craftsmanship. I have bought at least 6 necklaces for myself and my family, 4 of those necklaces have to be repaired, the medals of 3 lost pieces while the other one came lose while having it in, it just fell on its own. I also bought 2 earrings which each cost me $120 for a really small earring while I was wearing them they would always come lose as they weren’t even soldered, they just inserted the charm of the earring into the loop. Very very cheap craftsmanship. I was told they couldn’t soldered the earrings, when I went to return them they told me they could do it. Not sure who lied there. But I really don’t recommend this place, the prices are too high for the quality they have. If they at least made things the right way the prices wouldn’t really matter, but can’t be paying too dollar for things that will need repairing. I have spent well over $6,000 with them and not a single necklace was good from the start. All have had to be taken to them to repair them. The last 4 I had a different jewelry repair them as they also want to hold anything they repair for 2-4 weeks.
