Racially profiled Walked in and asked if they we open and front receptionist ignore us like we didnt exist and kept watching the door , then the same receptionist started to follow us around We were walking Around my baby, wife and i and the front receptionist kept following us around the store and just kept going back to the things we would look at to make sure we didnt "damage it or steal anything". Mind you the place was packed with people, and yet she kept following us...like we dont work hard for our money. We didn't buy anything after all due to feeling uncomfortable. I hope no one gets treated the same. I HOPE THE OWNERS READ THIS AND UNDERSTAND WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND NEED TO BE TREATED LIKE HUMANS. ITS 2025 AND WE CANT EVEN GET ALONG? WHAT AM I MISSING HERE?

I came into this place after brunch, thinking it would be fun to maybe just look around and the company some of my friends who were curious and checking stuff out. I absolutely had no intention of staying long or really buying anything. I ended up becoming incredibly fascinated the more I went along and started looking at the items that they had for sale. It was almost like taking a look back into the past because there were so many things I had never seen before. I didn’t even know that back in the days there used to be some sort of a jug made for just hot chocolate. I also got to see the original Monopoly board and ended up leaving with a really expensive piece of jewelry that I bought for $179 while it was retailing for over 4000. I also bought some designer dishes and a really cool gold clutch that was a vintage piece from Nordstrom‘s for only $40. This place is incredibly amazing and a lot of the items that they have while they may be old, have never really been used. It’s literally like walking into a museum and taking a step back into time. Staff is really friendly, and the place started to get very full as I was leaving. Someone had came in looking to appraise some of the jewelry that she was going to be selling. This place reminds me of the Antiques Roadshow but a much more exciting version

If you want the small town antique / thrifting experience, come here! It's my favorite spot when my mom and aunt come to visit from out of town.

I used to visit this store on occasion, but have started to visit it more regularly recently. The staff here is always very kind and are happy to offer assistance and information about the stores products. I have been able to find many unique and special pieces from here. I always try to pop in when I go to Old Town and take a look around.
