I requested the deep clog facial and I had Cindy as my aesthetician! I’m so happy I found this place and also Cindy! I’ve only had one facial before during a spa appointment so it was a regular clean facial nothing special probably two to three years ago. My face has very large and clogged pores, no matter what I’ve tried I feel like nothing worked until I met Cindy! She is a gem!!!! She cleaned every inch and micro inch of my face! Immediately you can tell the difference! She did a phenomenal job, she went above and beyond and walked me through every single step! Just look at my before and after photos! I already made my four week appointment to see her again, I’ll be coming every month to see Cindy! If you are looking for a real facial, someone to really take care of your face and make you look amazing, see Cindy!
I have had three different facials now with Shawn, all great experiences. My favorite thing as someone new to treatments is that he explains what he's doing and why at each stage of the process, as well as what to expect in terms of sensation. I completely trust his expertise because see visible improvement in my skin. I'm delighted by results from yesterday's advanced acne facial he recommended for my hormonal breakout. Thank you, Shawn! My sensitive skin feels so loved-on now. Beyond the excellent service: the space is spotless, treatment rooms are super cozy and relaxing, and overall I feel the experience is a great value for the money. I want to go more often!
Did the extraction paid 170 and was not worth. The before and afters look the same. I don’t recommend this place. I had a lot of blacks heads but not all were removed. Skin looked the exact same.
Cindy worked on my face and neck yesterday 7/7/2025; 6:05Pm. It was a beautiful time with her. Cindy is the best for me. My in-law introduced me there three years ago. I am glad she is the one that works on me. Beautiful ambience facial bar with nice Staff. The best esthetician.
Visited this place today for the first time for my facial and the experience was outstanding. I've got microdermabrasion, silk and chemical peels done before but this one was very thorough. Best part was that she was walking me through the process and showing me the results very step of the way. I'll surely come back here, highly recommend it!
