The food was amazing. It was more expensive than I anticipated for a “diner” but when the food came out, I understood. The Dutch baby was absolutely delicious with a nice cup of coffee (or 2). The server with the pink hair was wonderful! I wish I had gotten her name. I will definitely be back.
We were seated immediately. Our waiter, Jackson, came right away, and was great throughout our meal. He was so helpful with our order requests! He came to our table often to make sure we were good and to see if we needed anything. The food was EXCELLENT!! Portions were huge! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back!
All employees are fabulous! Great service, positive energy, great food served in a timely manner. Everyone anticipates customers’ needs. I love the team effort among the employees. Manager, Liane and Lola, Reagan, and David are the most familiar faces with as regular customers. Suggestion, have a large round table to accommodate the Deaf community. They can communicate better - easier to see one another. We are so happy that we can attend a great breakfast place near our home. Kathy and John Hodges
My family and I love coming to The Original Pancake House in New Albany, especially because they offer a gluten-free menu with great options. The pancakes are always delicious—light, fluffy, and full of flavor—and the bacon is cooked perfectly every time. My daughter usually tries different drinks, but the lemonade is a bit too sour for her taste. Still, she never minds because she always looks forward to visiting the front desk to get a balloon. It’s such a sweet touch that truly makes her day. The staff here is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Thank you Katelyn for your service! Highly recommend this location for families and anyone looking for great gluten-free breakfast options!
LOVE the Original Pancake House!! Today was our second time back and it did NOT disappoint. Our waitress Marasia was so nice and even got us a Dutch Baby for free! Food is so good. Can’t wait to come back again!
