I have been coming here for years, been through an owner change and continued to bring my dog here for grooming, however, I will not go back due to their poor customer service. The shop is in a bad parking lot, hard to park, gets busy quick and is extremely tight when navigating in and out depending on your appt time. The inside of the shop is small, cute, clean. I schedule all grooms relatively far in advance, they send a text notification where you're asked to click a link and confirm information is updated (pet name and payment method). I have never received a text when booking that included a confirm your appointment option, never been late, or missed an appointment either. There have been a couple instances where I wasnt 100% happy with the service but the haircut was decent and I didnt wish to change locations and disrupt my dog with a new groomer, however, this past weekend I stopped caring about that. I had a 630am appt booked for over 7 weeks. I got the initial text to confirm information. I showed up at 630am and immediately knew, no one was there. I tried the door. Confirmed no one there. I texted, sending my appt text message. 5m and no response, so I called, and the tone of the owner was off putting. "We saw your text but you called" She said I never confirmed, which I advised I never got the option and she said I should have received a text the day before as well to confirm, never did. Now, this system of theirs has been an issue before (it also texts when your dog is ready, I've waited hourssss and no text where i had to call and they claim shes been ready) and they know it, so your flawed system, flawed and you canceled my appt assuming because I didnt "confirm" I wasnt coming. I have NEVER missed an appt let alone been late to one. She goes on to tell me she can have someone come get my dog in 15m but no groomer will be there for another 1.5hrs basically. I immediately decline the offer to leave my dog kenneled down there longer than necessary and she asks if I want to reschedule. I decline. I follow up with a text describing the recent events and advise I wont be returning, of course, no response, no offer to make it right, nothing. Ive since found a new groomer. Like i said, it wasnt all bad, the haircut was always nice, but the customer service skills could use work, quite a bit actually. You're a business focused on customers who leave their pets in your care afterall.

The Pet Groomer does an Amazing job on my pup :) They r friendly, prompt and decent priced. I love that they love animals!

I can’t say enough good things about The Pet Groomer! Reanna and her team are absolutely amazing. From the second you walk in, you can tell how much love and passion goes into everything they do. The lobby is super cute and welcoming, and I love how Reanna proudly displays her certificates, ribbons, and photos from grooming competitions—it really shows how skilled and dedicated she is to her craft! Reanna is seriously one of the most knowledgeable groomers I’ve ever met. She takes the time to get to know your pet and what they need, and you can tell she genuinely cares. I also follow her on Instagram and love seeing her work—it’s so cool to see the transformations and the creativity she brings to every groom. The whole team is friendly, professional, and so sweet with the animals. They treat every pet like their own, and it shows in the results. My pup always comes home looking fresh, happy, and smelling amazing!

I needed someone to just do a bath and blow out on my dogs because I was having surgery(total hip), I groom my own dogs always. This groomer quoted me 105 on the phone, when I picked my dogs up it was 135 and she cut the hairs by their eyes on all 3 of my dogs 😡Yorkies take 6 month to a year to grow the hair out, I specifically told her to not cut… we can’t even follow SIMPLE instructions. My dogs are bathed weekly, I had just taken a flea comb and saline to their eyes before I dropped them off. I spent 20 minutes preparing my dogs to be dropped off there. This is EXACTLY why I groomed my own dogs! 145$ for what I do weekly and her products smell like baby powder and leave the hair static. Change your cheap products! My girl had a static mat behind her ear as she’s telling me my boy who I usually put in hammock needs his legs brushed.. I told her when I dropped him off I will get ANY mat out don’t cut. She’s lucky it was only by the eyes. Rae I take care of my dogs, all you had to do is follow simple instructions and then you charge me 30$ more.. I will NEVER be back!

I was having a hard time looking for a reputable grooming place. Kept reading bad reviews almost everywhere about pets getting nicked or cut. I decided to give this place a shot. The young girl at the front is very nice, welcoming and was very helpful. I took my boy Duke who's a German Mix and was very matted and had heat spots which I didn't know about. The guy with the pony tail saw my dog and he was very nice. They didn't turn my dog away which I was worried might happen. They told me the price it was going to be for what they would need to do and got started on him. Picked him up hours later and was greeted with a new dog. He looked great, and I was even informed on how I can treat his heat spot. I checked my dog and he was unharmed throughout. I do recommend going here and will start to make it a habit to bring my dog for grooming more often. Thank you Pet Groomers.
