I'd had trouble charging my phone for years and just put up with it, thinking I needed a new charging port. Took it into TPS and three minutes later after a quick clean it was fixed - free of charge! Highly recommended.

Due to my clumsy self I have had to get my phone fixed 5 times in the last year and every single time I’ve come back to TPS, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff are so unbelievably friendly, efficient and very thorough with explaining the diagnostic and repair process. I have complete faith in these guys and would recommend them to anyone!

Great friendly service today, This phone shop said that there was nothing wrong with my S21 charger port and it just needed a good clean which they did for free!!! Thank you. A Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely recommend.

The shop was recommended to me by my brother in law. I went in a couple of days before Christmas because my phone was not charging properly. The guy was welcoming, he took my phone to check and said it just needs cleaning, Hold on a minute. Cleaned the connector on the spot and the phone was charging as normal. He refused to take any payment despite me insisting. I highly recommend them for the job and for their honesty.

Shane and Dan have been amazing. Each time I go into the Phone Shop I learn something new. Just now I wanted a USB C to jack adapter and Shane was honest enough to tell me I could get around the issue in a different way that didn't involve buying anything from him. That's a guy you wanna take your gadgets too! I guess he knew I'd buy from them as Dan had explained previously that there are qualities of charger units. (Don't buy crap online) The charger I bought from The Phone Shop is awesome. I never realised how buying a good charger like the one Dan sold me was such a good investment. So I bought the USB C from Shane as I'm sure it'll come in handy. Thanks guys! Unbelievable really. 👊
