Had such a great experience with Pat, was nervous about going to a physio appointment and had been putting off for a long time but was made to feel welcome. Really thorough appointment and care plan/exercises and follow up sent through afterwards. Would thoroughly recommend. Really central location too.

I started going to Pat with lower back pain, which was effecting me pretty badly. He was able to identify what was wrong in the first session and sent me away with exercises to work on. The other night was the first night in years I’ve been able to exercise intensely with no pain during or after. Highly recommend, he’s also very accommodating and polite.
