Just had my last session of physio here at The Physio Group and I have to say the Staff are amazing from Maureen in reception to Jo Montgomery the practitioner who has looked after me tremendously, I had neck and shoulder pain and after each session the relief I had was amazing needless to say I'm fighting fit again. I can't recommend this practice highly enough and especially Jo. Thank you for sorting me out.

This was my first ever time at physio after an injury from running. The physio group were able to get me in on a same day appointment which to start was amazing. Jessica put me at ease and was so reassuring from the very start. She knows her stuff inside out, and was so helpful at every appointment. The exercises and guidance is something I will take with me for conditioning moving forward. Couldn’t recommend Jessica enough! An amazing experience every single time I was in.

Due to mid-old age mostly I’ve been seeing Jessica for about 10 weeks about lower back pains in the morning, and hip issues, and I can honestly say my back has a new lease of life. I had thought that it was something I just had to put up with but I was wrong and Jess has 100% got me moving again slowly but surely. She’s been giving me brilliant advice and exercises as well as the courses of muscular massage to get me started and in tandem they have definitely worked. Eamer, Lee and team also deserve a mention all the staff are cheerful and friendly and a great bunch of people. I thoroughly recommend this team especially if you are putting up with an ache or pain which you don’t need in your life! Well worth it

I had a problem with my Achilles tendon which Oliver helped me overcome. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. They are very effective and don't string treatment out unnecessarily just to make extra money!
