Came to your store to purchase some house plants. Saw 2 $26 plants and 2 $5 cactus I wanted. Waited 15 minutes. No greeting or offer of help. 2 guys too busy on their phones behind the register. In fact, no one was ever approached. I walked out. Terrible customer service. It doesn't take much effort to greet customers walking in. Might have to put your cell phone down for 10 seconds. Impossible ask for today's youth.

Went in to to get some advice on propagating a philodendron squami, their staff didn’t seem knowledgeable at all, or maybe just didn’t feel like being helpful. I also thought they might have some basic things like rooting hormone or plant food, and they did not. Disappointed, just an overpriced plant store.

Looking to replace plants and heard about The Plant House from a friend. From the selection of plants to the beautiful pots, I was hooked. Great knowledgable helpful staff guided me through the choices that fit my. They even planted the plants in my new pots. Love it-- will be back!
