I had a main water valve to the house break so we had no water at all. The technicians came out on a Sunday afternoon and fix it within 2 1/2 hours of my initial phone call that’s great service.

Ron and Daniel responded very fast to make repairs and replace an old pipe. They were extremely friendly and professional and gave me an honest assessment of the repairs which is rare these days!! I highly recommend them and the Plumbing Doc for any plumbing needs. I will for sure be using them in the future!! Thank you!

Last month, I called four local, different plumbing companies for a small, but important, plumbing repair to stop two old leaks. Since The Plumbing Doc was the only company who returned my call, came out, and gave me an estimate, I gave them the work. Aaron and Carissa came out earlier than expected, did the job, finished on time, and then gave me a senior discount. Cool. Then, they gave me a 10% additional discount for paying in cash. Nice. The Plumbing Doc is coming to my house tomorrow morning between 8:30-9:00 am to give me another estimate for a bigger, more important estimate for more under-the-house-work. I will, of course, get two or three more estimates, but they already have competition from the Plumbing Doc because I probably will hire them. I was happy with their work.
