Just wanted to thank you for your such excellent care and service from your team. Just hours after submitting our service request yesterday morning for power being out at our house and not being able to resolve it with all common approaches we received a call from Gary Mason, the electrician to provide service for our outage. He fit us in yesterday between clients and responded by 2:30 pm. After approximately 90 minutes he found the issue was a neutral wire came loose in the wall and disconnected. Gary was hands down the best electrician I have experienced both from customer service as well as professionalism. I would highly recommend him to others and would seek him out for all future repairs when possible. Thank you and your team of professionals for providing such great care to my family and God bless you!

I want to be clear, this is the only reason I'm leaving this review: to spread awareness. If you think early termination just means paying two months' rent and walking away, think again. This is not your standard "pay a fee and break the lease" situation. The early termination clause is not included in your original lease, you have to specifically ask to see it, which most people wouldn’t think to do. Once you decide to terminate early, they present you a completely separate agreement that includes additional fees and rigid terms that can catch you off guard. It feels misleading, and honestly, it should be illegal to hold someone accountable until the leasing term is up. I am not military so I dont have orders or anything, I am just a regular person. It just creates a barrier for those looking to move or even buy/ become a homeowner in my option. To be fair, the property management team has been great overall, and this review isn't a reflection of how they operate day-to-day. I just want others to pay close attention before signing anything. Always ask for the early termination clause in writing to review before signing.

Renting from The Real Estate Group has been such a great experience for my boyfriend and I. Mrs. Lisa Chandley is our wonderful property manager and she goes above & beyond! I look forward to continuing to rent from her as she is very professional but also kind hearted and understanding. If you want to be able to rely on a reachable property manager, quick service repairs, and an easy tenant portal system, please consider them.

I can’t say enough good things about Cristie Braemer as a property manager. As a first time landlord, she was so patient and helpful in the early years and now, after 7 years, she works with me to find the best solutions for any repairs (with amazing response time), communicates quickly and efficiently, she helps maintain my rental home and even helps manage upgrades when appropriate.
