I had my hair done by Kristen - she is WONDERFUL. She was willing to stay longer than needed to help my hair and did a GREAT job. Definitely best head massage I’ve ever had as well. I highly recommend her! I have very curly hair which can be harder to navigate and felt like she knew what to do. Do yourself a favor and book her

I needed someone to correct a previous color job from another salon and Alice was up for the task! She is absolutely amazing at making red hair look natural to a degree that people ask what side of my family has red hair! Not only is she super talented, but she is incredibly sweet. I had really high hopes for my visit at the Refinery with Chelsey. She was very sweet, and easy to talk with. My appointment started thirty minutes late, at 2:30 instead of 2:00 which was fine. I was getting a full color and cut, and my hair had been box dyed a few weeks prior. A couple hours into my appointment, another client showed up for Chelsey as well. She was also getting her hair colored. My appointment started late, and I was double booked. An hour later, a third client showed up. She was also getting her hair colored. I was horrified - I had been triple booked. Hours later, I was not happy with the end result of my hair. It was brassy and orange tinted, which I shared was my worst nightmare leaving a salon. I asked her if she could fix it and make it less brassy. She put another toner on it. It was not at all how I pictured it, and five hours later, I was finally done. Almost $200 later, my entire day off, and unhappy results. I will unfortunately not be returning and I really truly hope that no one else has the same experience as I did. The picture on the left is what I expressed I wanted, and the picture on the right is what my hair looked like afterwards.
