I purchased my mother a massage for her birthday, her therapist Porter in her words was absolutely amazing! The reason for my 3 star review was due to over hearing the lady at the front desk Ashley, being rude to another employee, she was very passive aggressive, I am adamant she did not realize we where there, but you should always treat the people you work with, with the same respect as your guests. Her attitude was different when we approached to check in, which great she was nice but knowing how she spoke to others than to us it didn’t feel genuine at that point just a putting on a show. I work in customer service and I couldn’t imagine my associates being rude towards others not sure if she is a manger but If she wants to speak to her coworkers the way she does than do it behind close doors or in my opinion not at all! This may not seem big to anyone but unfortunately It just did not sit with me well. Hope use adjust her attitude towards your other employees.

My friend and I booked massages to celebrate our birthdays. I received my massage from Porter (with hot stones) and it was quite possibly the best massage I've ever received (and I get massages monthly). I wish there was more to the facilities or just more space in general for relaxing, but my friend and I enjoyed the steam room, the pool, the relaxation/waiting area, and the outdoor area in the 2 hours before our appointments. Its easy to see how these spaces can get crowded. We weren't able to enter the sauna because others were using it. We did not order any food or beverages- I think I would have been more inclined to do so if I could mobile order since staff came through infrequently. For me, this was an expensive treat/indulgence, but I would do it again for a special occasion to spend time with/celebrate with a friend.

I went here with a group to celebrate our friends birthday. I will start off with the positive every staff member I know encountered were very friendly and helpful. The menu items were limited but the shrimp were very good. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros. The locker room is empty small and it felt like you were on top of the other person with just 5 people in the area at once. Some of the lockers were not in service and the space was very limited. The spa shared the same pool as the hotel and it was small. When you think of a spa you go there to relax but it is impossible to relax in the pool when there are children splashing around a lot of disruptions with the loud noise. There should be a pool and jacuzzi for spa guests only and a separate pool for the other hotel guests. We all received massages and/or facials. The ladies enjoyed their facials. My massage tech was very nice but I was expecting more of a relaxing atmosphere and more pressure. The sauna was average. This place is on the higher end as it relates to pricing and it needs to elevate in terms of the service and because nothing stands out about this location. I won’t return.

I do not recommend going here if you want to "treat yourself", great for routinely spa visits if you can afford that sort of thing. I wasn't going to share my feedback online until I learned that I had to give them a 5 or higher on the survey questions for the "Send my feedback" button to work. (see picture for honest review).
