On-site updates, honest assessments, and reliable roofing in Mesa.
The Roofing Company provides roofing and general contracting services in Mesa. Reviews highlight Shane, the on-site estimator, for daily visits, photo updates, and clear explanations. The crew is reliable, punctual, and keeps yards tidy. They handle complex roofs (dead valleys) and multi-property projects, with honest assessments—such as identifying a leak as a window issue rather than roof-related, and in one case Shane declined payment for his service.

Shane is super responsive every time we reach out to him. We own multiple properties and he has been our go to guy for over a decade. We recently had issues with our 4plex roof and he came out the same day and took the time to explain what the real issue was vs trying to sell us. I am also a realtor and I recommend him to all my clients.

I interviewed several roofing companies not just for price but also for the complexity of the roof with a dead valley area. Shane and Nick did an outstanding job of managing the project. Shane was on-site every day. Every project has their challenges. It’s not the occasional problem its is how Shane and Nick and Arturo’s team resolved them. Always looking out for my best interest. There are many roofing companies in the valley and by far I recommend The Roofing Company for your roof.

The Roofing Company has replaced my roof in 2022. Currently there is a window with leakage. Two window companies inferred it was due to roofing issues, not window defects. Shane, from The Roofing Company, came out to assess the issue and felt the roof was not the cause of water leakage. A water test was performed which resulted in it actually being a window issue, not the roof. The window companies were wrong. Shane's attention to details and knowledge was greatly appreciated and now I can move forward to fix the window. I asked for an invoice for his service and Shane would not take payment. I found that to be very kind and generous.

5 stars plus! Shane was our estimator, he's just the nicest man. He came by every single morning and looked at the work that was being done. He sent pictures and explained what I was see in the pictures, every single day, of what was going on, on the roof. They did their very best to keep the yard cleaned up at the end of every day they were here. All the people I interacted with on the crew were very nice people. Very definitely would recommend The Roofing Company.
