I had taken two dogs I was boarding for a client to spa day here. I was very very impressed with everything. They did a good job on the two dogs I was boarding I would recommend this place to anyone for sure. They were all very nice also.
Wonderful Wonderful!! They are a top notch spa with great service. They listened to my requests and my Golden Retriever was awesome looking. I am just glad they didn't feed her or she would have stayed!
What an amazing job Heather took great care of my baby it was our first time to the groomers for both of us. When Bebe arrived she just started shaking so hard you can see she was visibly upset Heather took control and Bebe went right to her. Dogs know good people Bebe is 5 and this was the first time and thank goodness Heather took such good care of her she was choppy her paws were a mess her eyes were overgrown the outcome is just amazing her paws look amazing I can see her beautiful eyes again thank you so much All pets considered salon for doing an amazing job and being so kind and compassionate. We already signed up for our next appointment
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this groomer. There was poor communication when I scheduled the appointment, as no one mentioned my dog would be sitting in a crate for hours. When my husband dropped her off, he was told it would take 5 hours. Winnie has never had a grooming appointment that lasted more than two hours. I tried calling multiple times to check on her but couldn’t reach anyone, eventually having to call the pet store just to get someone on the phone. I was then told my dog had been washed and dried, but after learning she would still be sitting in a crate, I decided to pick her up early. The staff was rude on the phone and even more rude in person. The place was chaotic, and despite what I was told, they hadn’t dried because they said she wouldn’t tolerate the dryer. No groomer has ever had an issue grooming my dog—it just requires patience and care, which this place clearly lacks. When I got home, I noticed she could barely open one eye, and even 9 hours later, it’s still that way. They never mentioned any issue with her eye, showing how careless and impatient they were. I’ve never experienced such poor service with Winnie, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. We will most likely be at the vet tomorrow if her eye does not improve. I’m genuinely shocked that a groomer could treat a dog this way. It’s appalling and unacceptable.
