the salt room was great, however we had to ask to have robes (should be standard in a good spa since salt rooms ruin your clothing/belongings) and there is no secure/locked lockers to store your valuables in..no bueno, unprofessional. The massages both were awful. I have been a therapist for 30 yrs so I am a good judge. My girl was sweet, but very uneducated..not knowledgable enough to do much good for anyone, let alone if you have issues. Mine was clueless about most things. Not a good flow at all and claimed she knew reflexology...not even close! Did harmful moves...felt much worse when we left, as did my daughter (she was actually in tears she was so sore, disappointed and frustrated) Please know we have BOTH had amazing massages and know what to look for...for the price they are charging..a joke! Need much better schooling and CEU's. It was at best, a 30.00 massage...DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A MASSAGE HERE! Salt room yes, massage no.

We love coming to this location of the salt room. There is nothing better than the services they provide. The massages are wonderful, the staff is friendly, and the overall environment is just so inviting. The salt cave is also great to just sit back and relax. We love coming here and will be back. Please try them for yourselves.

My first time booking the Salt Room and it did not disappoint! I would say I’m an avid spa go-er, I usually go to GVR Spa for all the amenities. I have worked on the strip at multiple luxury spas and being 6months pregnant I couldn’t justify booking a spa and not being able to use the amenities! So I came across The Salt Room on yelp and decided to give it a shot. I booked a 50min prenatal massage and decided to add-on use of the Salt Cave ($20 for 45min add-on to a service but usually $39 for one time use) I loved the salt cave and all the benefits it was so relaxing and just lit perfectly for a book. My massage with Ruth was exactly what my changing body needed. She was so attentive to everything I needed worked on and was always in communication on my comfort level and pressure. I highly recommend her and using the Salt Cave, I will most definitely be back!

Today was my first experience at The Salt Room. This was a gift from my wife for my birthday in January…mom life made me forget I had it until she calmly asked when I was ever going to use it! I called immediately and booked a 50 minute relaxation massage, a So Soothing Facial, and Adult Halotherapy in the Salt Room. All I can say is…WOW! Svetlana started me off with a fabulous facial. I think I have had maybe one facial prior to this, and I was incredibly relaxed. She was wonderful and every product she used was perfect. I have had many skin cancer removals and I so appreciated her clean beauty approach. Every product was stellar. I then made my way to Araceli for my massage. She was the absolute best. I am pretty certain that was one of, if not the best massage I have ever had. Perfection. The salt room was a beautiful ending to a wonderful first experience and my conversations with each employee were so very authentic and kind. I even bought a selenite lamp to bring a bit of peace home with me. As a yoga instructor for fun, I felt this space was such a beautiful piece of calm amongst the surrounding chaos in the valley. I will definitely be back. Thank you!
