I scheduled a last-minute hair cut yesterday, and was booked with Melanie. I added a little note with my booking that I was very nervous and valued a detailed consultation. I've been growing my hair out from shaved for the past 6 months with no maintenence. I've been avoiding going to a salon because I'm extremely particular about my hair, and the results are rarely to my satisfaction. Melanie scheduled extra time with me to make sure I felt comfortable in her chair and provided an excellent consultation. She was super transparent about the process and walked me through each step explaining why she was cutting my hair a particular way. Overall, she was super warm and genuine, made me feel important, and validated my concerns with compassion. I am super excited to say that I've finally found my stylist! She 100% built trust with me and I will return to her for all of my future hair cuts without fear! Thank you so so much, Melanie!

Kallie took the time to explain all questions and even further details for my hair. This included letting me know different ideas and outcomes of what visions I had, and it was all around a great, comforting and fun experience. Kallie was chill and kind and made my anxiety of doing something out of my ordinary, less anxious and to the point I had confidence in my new look. Im definitely excited to work with her in the future!! Plus, the whole space is fun, quirky, and special. Loved the confidence walk down the princess staircase!!!

I’ve seen Kallie twice to get my hair cut and she is AMAZING. I cannot recommend her enough for those with curly hair! Lovely, personable service, I always feel comfortable there and leave feeling great! If you’re looking for a curly cut or alternative style, look no further than the Sapphire Hair Lounge :)

Brianna is amazing! She is great with highlights and styled my hair so nicely, her advice regarding hair maintenance and what products to use was really helpful. Highly recommend booking with her, she is so sweet! The staff there are all wonderful. Thank you once again 💗

Brianna is wonderful!!! Takes her time, thorough & ensures that you the client are satisfied!! My daughter & I had short haircuts!! No complaint’s!!! All staff are pleasant & welcoming. Myself & my daughter definitely have found the proper atmosphere & stylist!! We will definitely be back!!
