I’ve been coming to see Karen and now Stephanie since 2019 for all three of my kids and always have excellent service. They both listen to me and what I want and also ask my kids so they feel included in the process. Prices are reasonable and I book weeks in advance via email because this place is in such high demand.

This is way too much to ask for. I understand that they're working with children but it's almost like I'm begging them to cut my child's hair. As she stated, the website is awful, you call and there's an automated message sending you to email them. You email them with a request for an open day next week and you get this as a response.... It's too much. For those who go here regularly, I used to do this as well with my son who is now 12. I used to love it. I have a new child now and this system, isn't friendly for kids who need a basic cut. Just letting the new folks know in case you need to save yourselves the troubles.

Karen was very accommodating and the best hair stylist I have encountered so far for my son. Very kind and gentle and patient with kids. She did an awesome job on my son’s hair. Truly pleased. We found out forever salon

Karen did a great job cutting my toddler’s hair. My toddler had a bad experience at some other haircut place. Karen made sure he is comfortable and was extremely patient with him. She is very kind an caring. Her place is extremely clean and sanitized. Definitely going back!!!
