Best place ever. I come for laser hair removal, microneedling, and facials. Kristen is a master of her craft and gives best advice ever. This is the best place in all of United States, my only complaint is I can’t take Kristen with me every where. Ten stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of five. Best place ever.

Edit: The Skin Chic reached out and offered me follow up sessions with a new tech who has adjusted my laser settings and pre- and post-appointment instructions. I’ve been back 2-3 times, and though I’m still not seeing much of a change, I really appreciate that they are working to improve my experience and are trying new things to see if my results can be improved. I’m updating my review to 4 stars for the great customer service, even though I’m still seeing incomplete results. It might just be something about me, and others may have better luck with the laser. ————————————————— I completed 12 rounds of laser hair removal here (Brazilian) and, unfortunately, saw minimal improvement. It’s really disappointing considering the time, money, and discomfort involved. Throughout most of my treatments, the technicians didn’t seem to adjust the laser settings or try different approaches, even though I wasn’t seeing results. There was one attempt early on to use a different type of laser, which actually burned me. After that mishap, it felt like we stuck with the same settings for the rest of my sessions. When I first signed up—and even after purchasing my second package—the staff assured me that most people only need about eight treatments, and that I might not even need all 12. They said I could use any leftover sessions for maintenance. However, at the end of my 12th session, with clearly incomplete results, the staff simply suggested I buy another package and try again in the winter. There was no discussion about what could make future treatments more effective for me, and no apology, discount, or acknowledgment of how frustrating it was to spend so much time and money with almost no improvement. It left me feeling like laser just isn’t effective on me—and that they probably know that, but still wanted to sell me more sessions anyway. The staff were always friendly and the facilities are clean and modern, but I wish there had been more attention paid to whether the treatments were actually working and more effort to troubleshoot earlier on. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place for laser hair removal.

My experience at The Skin Chic was exceptional. Sydney was amazing and provided a 5 star facial. Her attention to detail and care was much appreciated - I could tell she loves what she does. It was the best facial routine I have had and the products she used were fabulous! Thank you!!

The skin chic is such a nice and welcoming place. From the decorations and vibe to all the sweet ladies. I’ve been coming here for 5 months for lazer hair removal and have never once felt uncomfortable or awkward. They also just added on a hair salon and more.

I had the most amazing facial with Sydni! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and welcoming. She took the time to really understand my skin concerns and tailored the treatment perfectly for me. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing—I felt like I was melting into the table—and my skin has never looked or felt better. It’s glowing, hydrated, and so refreshed. I left feeling pampered, rejuvenated, and already excited for my next appointment. Truly a five-star
