I booked the Glovember facial with Rachel B. My skin was congested and Rachel not only cleared it up but rehydrated me with the best, CLEAN INGREDIENT products. I am very specific about what I use on my skin and Rachel took the time to listen and really cared about my skin goals and concerns. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole service. It was a true spa experience! So good that I fell asleep! Thank you Rachel B for the best facial I’ve ever had. I AM GLOWING now!! I will be booking with you monthly from now on!

I just had the most amazing facial experience! Gloria M. was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to address all my questions about skin care. The facial itself was phenomenal - my skin looks and feels clearer than ever. I've been going to SMI for several years now, and they are under new ownership now. The spa experience is a very elevated feel now, with elegance and new tools, products, and technology. The booking process for the student spa is fast and simple. My student aesthetician today was Rachel B. I got a dermaplane facial and it was amazing. Rachel had a firm and therapeutic touch that promoted a relaxing atmosphere. She explained clearly what she was doing at each step and discussed the products she'd be using too. She was very thorough during the dermaplane and I came out looking and feeling like a 10/10. I will definitely be back for future treatments.

I had the most amazing facial with Rachel Barbeau at The Skin and Makeup Institute! From start to finish, she was professional, gentle, and incredibly attentive to my skin’s needs. Rachel explained each step of the process with confidence and care, making me feel completely relaxed and pampered. My skin was glowing afterward — soft, hydrated, and refreshed.
