This was our first visit to this beautiful Spa! It was the Best Spa Experience Ever! Kanchala was my Massage Therapist and she was simply amazing in every way from the moment she introduced herself to the completion of my 90/minute session. I had the Balancing Message w/CBD add on. It was sooo relaxing and therapeutic, the CBD added another layer of aroma & cooling comfort to this experience. I highly recommend using the entire facility before the massage begins you’ll do yourself a favor to enjoy the other amenities included in the overall experience @ this Spa! My daughter and I both had a Fabulous Massage and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna & steam rooms fully. Ample clean towels, water, teas, and robes & footwear included along with a locker to secure personal items. The Staff, (ALL of them) were just the most professional and friendly as well as accommodating. This will be a place to enjoy for future visits to The Encore! I Plan on booking soon with the same Massage Therapist as she was highly skilled and lovely. We visit at least twice a year. A wonderful Hotel, restaurants, Casino and attentive Staff in ALL areas of The Encore!🙂🙌🏻👍🏻♥️

The spa is amazing here! Erika took great care of me during my SkinCeuticals facial and even included a great neck, arm, and hand massage while my hydrating face mask was drying. Great service here, would highly recommend Erika! I will be returning here and asking for her!

A special treat indeed. It is expensive but for me, worth it. It was beautiful and luxurious without feeling snobbish. As previous reviewers note they add a service charge- that is 20% tip and if you prefer you can alter it. They had wonderful hibiscus cold tea, water, nice robes, cold plunge, hot tub, steam, sauna (around 98 degrees if you like hot hot you may be disappointed). You can stay in the facilities as long as you want. Pro-tip: sit in the Grecian tiled lounge chairs by the cold plunge they are heated!

Incredible experience. The people at the front desk were welcoming. The facilities are beautiful and super clean. My massage therapist Doris was so incredibly kind and thoughtful. If you have a chance go to the spa and ask for Doris.
