I had the second best massage of my life here. 10/10 would recommend. Their spa is calm, relaxing, and luxurious. Book a massage here ASAP. Rob was a wizard.

This was the most disappointing spa experience I’ve had. I’ve loved the St. Louis location for years and brought a friend expecting a relaxing day. What we got was chaotic and rushed. Don’t book the poultice massage. There was very little actual massage time. The therapist spent long periods at the sink “preparing,” did random body scrubs only in some areas, Then you're "pressed" on with the poultice, and finished with a cold, slimy mask. The “high tea” was nearly inedible. We skipped most of it and ordered a burger and fries, which were the only good part. Back at the spa, the relaxation areas were overcrowded (10 people in the hot tub, the sauna packed), and seating was almost nonexistent, only three reclining chairs for many guests. We felt stressed, not relaxed, and left early. The manager apologized and offered a day pass and to waive charges for the facials we missed, but after spending nearly $1,200 for two massages and a poor food experience, I won’t return. Extremely disappointing.

Best spa and facilities in Denver.

Worst Spa I've ever been to. From the rude unhelpful staff to the water that only goes from extreme cold to extreme hot no in between. No unscented lotions or beauty Products. Their lotion smelled like toilet bowl cleaner. I desperately needed some type of lotion to put on my face after my massage and shower. I could not bring myself to put that on my face . The place is a confusing maze and dimly lit so you can't figure out where you're going. No one willing to assist. Actually felt like A fire hazard. Masseuse found plenty of ways to waste time out of my massage and applied such mild pressure that I found the whole entire thing to be a complete waste of time and actually very uncomfortable. I will never be returning to this Spa. It was an awful experience and no privacy for changing. After complaining to a friend he shared that he had a horrible experience trying to purchase a gift card for his mother so apparently it's not just me....

An Unbeatable Urban Oasis We have returned to the Four Seasons Denver Spa for multiple staycations, and it never fails to impress. Despite being in the heart of the city, the atmosphere is incredibly quiet and serene. Because the spa is more intimate in scale, the service feels extremely personalized and friendly. It’s our favorite local escape—highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-end, peaceful retreat
