Amazing spa experience! Toni did my 60-minute Hydrating Facial and it was truly the best facial I’ve ever had. Her professionalism, confidence, and warmth made me feel completely safe and cared for. You can feel her expertise in every second of the treatment. Sylvia took care of my partner with a 60-minute customized massage plus scalp treatment, and he absolutely loved it. She is incredibly skilled, thoughtful, and attentive. This spa is beautiful, peaceful, and absolutely worth visiting. Huge thank you to Toni and Sylvia — highly recommended!

I had the most incredible massage with Toni at Hacienda Del Sol, and I can’t say enough good things about her! She is truly amazing — intuitive, professional, and incredibly skilled. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel so welcomed and cared for. The atmosphere is pure luxury — peaceful, beautifully maintained, and designed to make you feel relaxed the moment you step in. Toni took the time to listen to my needs and tailored the massage perfectly. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and pampered. Every detail, from the serene setting to the exceptional service, exceeded my expectations. I booked a 90-minute massage for 3:30, and arrived 15 minutes early. My provider was fantastic and the service was amazing, but ended at 4:30. When I told the front desk that everything was great I just wanted the price to reflect the 60-minute service I got instead of the 90-minute service I didn’t get, she said I was late for my 3:00 appointment and I still have to pay the 90-minute price because my provider was ready and waiting for me at 3:00. I totally understand that so I paid, but I KNOW I booked a 3:30 appointment as all of the time slots for scheduling were on the half-hour, it was auto-added to my calendar via the scheduling page, etc. Because my confirmation text did not include a time and I did not get a confirmation email, it just turned into a he-said-she-said, so I went to the pool. The front desk told me to go to the Catalina pool because they had a bartender there, and as soon as I walked up the bartender said “no, I’m closing up.” Fine, I get it. Just a disappointing experience.

The spa at Hacienda Del Sol has entered my top 5. Everyone was so kind and accommodating! You can enjoy a massage or facial with several add-ons. Grab a bite to eat or have one sent down to the spa for you. Then relax by the hot tub or take a walk up to the hotel and take a dip in one of their 3 pools. Definitely plan on spending the day!
