I had a very nice experience! The spa was wonderful, beautifully maintained, and extremely clean. The place felt spotless and relaxing, and everything from start to finish was perfect. Nicha was very professional. Highly recommended.

It was my first visit, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I entered the space, I felt an immediate sense of calm, as though—almost like magic—my mind returned to a state of balance. It was a truly distinctive experience, marked by exceptional attention to detail throughout. Naturally, it has become my new place for relaxation. The reception team and all staff members were courteous and professional. Ivna, the massage therapist, was exceptional; she has truly gifted hands and provided outstanding service. Also, my skin is visibly radiant following the treatment.

Edit: the hotel has been working with it efficiently. They have settle the bill to the correct amount before checkout. Yet my $816 authorization was still on my card. My credit card is still maxed and couldn‘t be used until my $816+$160 preauthorization comes back. 🧜‍♂️The spa experience itself is smooth and fine, a little bit expensive for me but overall worth a try. 😇The thing I am mad about is that they double charged me. This is the worst type of mistake I would be dissatisfied with , especially when the doubled amount of temporary authorization leads to my credit card balance over the limit, which has caused anxiety. The concierge of the MO hotel tells me my bill from the spa showsexactly as the doubled amount, so this problem can only be addressed tomorrow when the spa is back at work. But what if I need to use the credit card for other purchases right at this point? Another possibility is, what if I haven’t noticed the bill or if I didn’t take a photo of my bill? All in all, I hate it that I have to waste my time and energy dealing with the problem that is not caused by me during my long-awaited stay-cation.

I had a therapeutic massage with Cecilia and it was one of the best massages I've ever had! The spa amenities are well kept, relaxing, and private. I was so relaxed before my massage which made the experience that much better. I loved the "reflect" aromatherapy scent. Although expensive, this experience was worth it and I would book again!

Had the best day at the spa. The women’s sauna and beds while waiting started putting me in a relaxed state. The lava stone massage was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I left that appointment more relaxed and refreshed then I have been for months. It was exactly what I needed during this busy holiday season.
