I have been going to The Spine Guy for around 10 months and have seen a vast improvement in persistent tension headaches and upper back and shoulder pain - nothing before had worked to keep the pain at bay long term, but they are so much better now. Jeff has also been able to improve lower back pain I've experienced. It has made me much more aware of my health holistically and how I can take care of it through the regular exercises provided to help build strength and balance. Plus, the whole team are so lovely and friendly, and responsive to feedback, and the clinic has a good atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend!

I have been receiving treatment from Jeff for many years, initially when he worked in Pudsey. My initial problem was when I had tingling in my hand and fingers due to disc problems in my neck. The treatment I received for that was successful and now I just visit for maintenance appointments which helps with my overall back/spinal health. Jeff is great and I feel he understands my spinal issues which are really complex!!
