The old, original location was so much better! I used to rack up on sale clothes in the back section, but very sparse, if any sale clothing now. Regular price just doesn't fit my budget and they have carried different brands/vendors with cheap, thin fabrics and high prices the last couple of years. I walked around for 27 minutes looking for xmas gifts before being greeted and asked if I wanted a basket while I shopped, since my hands were full. I hate being ignored and some eye contact or a smile would have been nice. It's like they want only to talk to the regulars or people with kids so they really need to change their attitudes. One plus.....free gift wrapping. Negative.....5 day return policy and don't do gift receipts?? I 100% support small biz and mom and pop shops but was very disappointed this trip. Perception is reality and how you make someone feel leaves a lasting impression.

I would love to give this shop 5 stars but every time I go in no one greets me or offers help. For such a small shop that just doesn't make sense. They are always chatting amongst themselves and apparently having a good time. But it would be nice to feel acknowledged as a customer. Their clothes are super cute and I have purchased items from time to time but I wished they didn't make me feel invisible.

mY favorite place to shop...they have everything, even if I don't know what I want when I walk in, I always walk out with the perfect gift or item. The staff is marvelous and can help you with every thing you may want to know.

Okay, first of all, I'm a guy writing a review for a store whose primary audience is women. However, I have shopped here a couple of times and I found some great gifts for my wife. The staff is super helpful and actually know their products and inventory. God forbid a staff actually knows what they're talking about, but these ladies have been super helpful both times I've shopped there. I was super impressed...lots of clothes, kids stuff, and some neat gift ideas. Check them out first before you go to the mall and support local.
