This little studio is a Gem! They offer a Nice Peaceful Bright Clean Friendly Space to Breath with Others! There is a Nice Variety of Classes for All Levels! So So Soooo Thankful I found it!
Port A needed this! I've been coming to Port A monthly for years, and was never satisfied with the fitness options. I discovered this gem about 6 mos ago and have attended a variety of classes by different instructors, and have made this my "yoga studio away from home". Nikki and her crew are professional, welcoming and upbeat-- with high quality classes, from vinyasa to power yoga. Highly recommend!
This studio is a gem! Nikki, the owner, taught an energetic power vinyasa class and her music was so fun. I felt strong and relaxed after. The space is stunning, and the location is perfect especially if you want to grab coffee after class. If you’re looking for a fun yoga community in Port A, this is your place :)
Class this morning was amazing!!!! No better way to start the day! Thanks for being patient with us and guiding us through our first class. We will definitely be back for more. Beautiful peaceful space.
