My Wally is sweet, lovable… and A LOT. The fact that I feel 100% at ease leaving him with the TailWag crew says everything. Daniel truly understands my energetic, excitable pup and treats him like an individual, not a problems. When traveling, I’m at ease knowing he’s safe, cared for, and in very capable hands — and he comes home happy every time.

We’re incredibly thankfull and very lucky to have found Daniel and Adora to care for our dog, Appa. We’ve been leaving Appa in their care since 2022, and they’ve always made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the whole experience. We always receive frequent video updates, and seeing our dog happy and playing with others means the world to us. Daniel is always very helpful, providing insight on Appa's behavior and issues to be mindful of upon her return. We feel no stress leaving our pet in their care and can really enjoy our holidays. We can’t recommend them enough!

I can’t say enough good things about Daniel and Adora! Pip and Ozzy absolutely love their visits, and I never worry for a second when they’re in their care. They’re so attentive, kind, and genuinely love the pups they look after — it really shows. They treat my two like family, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re safe, happy, and having the best time. If you’re looking for a sitter who truly goes above and beyond, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Daniel and Tail Wag Hotel really came through for us. We were in town on a short, last-minute getaway and needed someone to watch our 2 dachshunds so we could explore the city dog-free for a few hours. Daniel was quick to respond and was able to help us out. He sent several videos of our pups playing and out on a walk. Thank you so much Daniel! We'll look you up the next time we are in Toronto!

My two high energy, large dogs have a great time during daycare at Tail wag hotel, and I would 100% recommend Daniel and his team to anyone. Daniel is knowledgeable, kind, communicative, and very accommodating. The pick up and drop off are always seamless, and I’m stress-free leaving my dogs with someone who knows what they’re doing and how to handle rambunctious pups. My dogs leave each time more trained and better behaved than before :)
