I don’t know what’s happened to the Royal Ritz loose leaf tea, but the blend has lost its beautiful fragrance. I recently purchased, on line, 250 gms of Royal Ritz which I have been drinking for years. But this batch has no flavour. Won’t be spending nearly $70 (including delivery) for 250 gms of ordinary tea again. So sad, it used to be a beautiful tea.

I've loved their beautiful teas for years now. Recently, I've started buying online, and their service support staff are amazing too. Quick to respond and happy to help, in the same way I've experienced in the shop. While the products are beautiful and sell themselves, the staff make the experience 10/10.

Very good customer service. I came here, looking for a gift, but was also in a bit of a rush (and clueless about tea). The lady who served me was super patient and ran me through all the teas that she recommended and the different types/ options. She listened to me and what I was looking for and she catered her suggestions to that. The store itself was nicely presented, clean, and well organised. They have such a great range of teas to suit most tastes. They are relatively affordable, and packaging/ presentation is very nice too!
