I had an extremely disappointing and frankly shocking experience at this repair shop. After my laptop got liquid damage, I brought it in expecting professional treatment. Instead, the so-called “technician” showed a complete lack of technical knowledge and even basic common sense. Rather than using any proper tools or dehydration equipment, he simply dabbed it with tissue paper and pointed a cold air blower at it. He then forced the laptop to power on while it was clearly not fully dried, which resulted in a short circuit and damage to the display board. When the laptop failed because of their actions, they refused to take any responsibility and insisted everything was the customer’s fault. To make matters worse, they even tried to charge me a “disassembly fee”. This level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. If you don’t want your device to end up in an even worse condition, do not go to this place.

Great experience! Brought my Xbox Series S in as it wasn’t turning on, was quoted a few days to a week for investigation and repair. Had a call the next day to say it was fixed and ready for collection. Super speedy and great service. Price was reasonable and fair! Thanks
