Ten Penny is hands down one of the best vintage spots in Denver. Unlike a lot of curated vintage stores that feel overpriced or pretentious, this place strikes the perfect balance. The prices are actually reasonable, and the selection is incredible—everything from 70s tees and denim to unique vinyl records and knick-knacks. You can tell it’s locally owned because the owners (often the ones behind the counter) are super friendly and clearly love what they do. If you're walking South Broadway, you have to stop in. I never leave empty-handed!
Had an awesome encounter with the guy at the counter today. It's also 4:20 rn so hell yeah. Anyways I hope you enjoy mexico city bro! You're gonna love it. Awesome shop, cool stuff, cool vibe. Definitely worth a stop on your next layover through Denver!
There is truly no other place that I buy my vintage clothing from because Ten Penny is THAT! GOOD! I've been an avid customer for the past 6 years and always find my favorite vintage pieces here. It's the best curated vintage shop on S. Broadway with extensive sizing (THANK YOU seriously one of the only shops that finds plus size vintage that isn't just a house dress) and great pricing. Some of my most complimented pieces from my closet are all courtesy of this amazing store, and the owners treat you like family any time you step in. I will ALWAYS recommend Ten Penny to anyone I know looking for cute, affordable vintage. Thank you guys for being the best!!!
I’ve been a loyal customer at Ten Penny since their location change, and this vintage shop continues to exceed my expectations every single visit! What sets Ten Penny apart is their incredible eye for curation. They consistently stock exactly what vintage enthusiasts are hunting for, all at genuinely fair prices. The quality and selection make it clear that the owners truly understand their customers and the vintage market. Recently, I had the wonderful experience of both selling and shopping here. I brought in a collection of vintage pieces to rotate my wardrobe, and the process was seamless and fair. But the real magic happened when I mentioned I was searching for a specific 1940s Naval piece for an upcoming event. Not only did they have something perfect – they had an authentic 1940 women’s W.A.V.E.S uniform coat that fit like it was made for me! Finding such a specific, high-quality piece that fits perfectly is like striking vintage gold. Beyond the incredible inventory, the shop owners are genuinely lovely people who make every shopping experience a joy. Their passion for vintage is evident, and their warmth makes Ten Penny feel more like visiting knowledgeable friends than just shopping. Whether you’re a seasoned vintage collector or just starting to explore, Ten Penny is an absolute must-visit. Their combination of expert curation, fair pricing, and exceptional customer service makes them the premier vintage destination in Denver. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Here are two of my favorite finds from that one trip alone!
I love this shop. Regularly I find a thoughtful curation of vinyl, music and sports apparel rather than a bunch of recycled articles with no personality. Whenever I have to get a gift for someone, this is my first stop. Last week I went in to find some collared shirts for work and came out with a huge haul of unique button ups. The customer service is fantastic, I have been looking for some Nuggets gear and chatting with the owners about it. As soon as something came in, I got the call and purchased it immediately. I would strongly recommend rolling into this shop and seeing what kind of gems strike your fancy.
