Top Hatter has been around for 40 years because they deliver great service at a fair price. The guys were prompt, answered all my questions, even the stupid ones, with a smile. They were cordial and a never ending whirlwind of action. They took care to cover up the TV and kept the floor clean. The before and after photos of a 50 yr old townhome reminded me I needed to do this sooner than I did. So thankful I had it done now Top notch from Top Hatter. Give them a call.

Top Hatter is the only vent cleaning service we have used for the last 20 years. The crew, Travis and Randy did an excellent job cleaning all the vents and cleaning up after they were done. I highly recommend Top Hatter to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

I had another amazing (my 5th) experience with Top Hatter! From start to finish, they were professional, prompt, and incredibly thorough. The technicians arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and were able to answer all questions I asked. Their customer service was top-notch, pricing was fair, and the quality of work was exceptional. Mike was easy to work with from start to finish and his group of guys were so positive and enthusiastic everyday! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind and a well-running dryer. Mike, Randall and Travis were top-notch - really helpful, informative, and honest feedback about our home and air duct work. There were services we didn’t need and they didn’t try to cross or upsell. Great pictures of before and after, they cleaned everything up and took care of our bedrooms and living rooms, placing protective covering on all. Check out the pictures - these ducts are spotless! They really helped our family - we have clean air again and can breathe! Will definitely have them back in 5-7 years to clean the ducts again.
