Me, my husband and two kids took this class as a birthday present for my son. We all loved it! We learned a lot- who knew you could use all five of your senses to experience chocolate? I highly recommend this class. Super fun and you get to eat what you make.
I took my wife to Kay's truffle making class for our anniversary after dinner next door at Clink. Kay was fantastic. The class was fun and educational. You can see Kay's passion for chocolate in the way she presents. The wine pairing was interesting because I had never paired it with chocolate before. The kitchen and classroom were super clean too. The ladies that work there are true artists. The truffles in the case looked amazing. We will definitely go for another class!
The owner, Kay, accommodated our need for a class on a specific day at a specific time during her busy holiday season. The class was great. Our group learned a lot. You could tell Kay has a passion for teaching others about where chocolate comes from and how to make chocolate truffles. The chocolate truffles we made in class were delicious! We also purchased several other chocolate treats from her store and the family loved them all!
My Mom, brother, and sisters took me to a Chocolate Truffle making class for my birthday! It was informative, fun, and yummy! Highly recommend for a fun outing for your family or friends! Their shop is adorable and they have the most beautiful chocolates! And the owner, Kay, was awesome! Had fun shopping for chocolates after our class too!
