Our girl Ginger was beautiful when we picked her up. She usually gets pretty nervous around groomers but seemed to be right at home here.

I can't express how thankful I am for everyone at the Trim Room and how they treated my good girl Goose. She is a rescue who did not grow up getting groomed and has tons of anxiety around baths. They were able to get her cleaned up with no muzzle (I recommended using one) and she genuinely seemed happy at pick up. The staff clearly knows how to handle all types of dogs and their pricing is beyond fair. I will gladly bring my Goose back and recommend reaching out if you have hesitations about grooming your "hard to handle" pup.

After going to one other highly rated dog salon in town, I was hesitant. I will never go anywhere else. Everyone at the Trim Room was extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. My dog was recently adopted from the Humane Society, and he is a squirmy, curious boy. They gave my golden retriever a summer haircut. No one ever complained about his aroma - he was sprayed by a skunk two weeks ago. They did a wonderful job- especially considering the price. Could not recommend more!

They did an absolutely amazing job on the poodle I just adopted. You can tell they love animals and what they do. Lady was almost unrecognizable from when I brought her in and I could tell she was so happy. I can't wait to see what kind of fun styles we get to try out!
