Hands down one of the greatest professional service experiences of my life. From the very first call, Kimberly made us feel respected and cared for. We were treated like VIPs. No judgements, no sugar coating, and no fear. We were told exactly what to expect, how the process works in each county, and how to set up our case for success. I seriously cannot put into words how reassuring and professional the process felt from the very start. Kimberly delivered on every promise and stuck her neck out for us even when she didn't have to.
