The Underground Spa & Wellness at The Logan Hotel

The deep tissue massage was really good and actually the right amount of pressure. I was dozing off at times (which means I was totally relaxed). The locker room was nice, but the area within the locker room where the lockers reside is a tight fit. So if you are there with another person, there's a lot of maneuvering around each other. Otherwise, the ambiance of the treatment waiting room (the calm area where you wait after you change into your robe) is nice and the experience was fine. I have a regular massage place that I go to, so I went here to treat myself for my birthday. I will keep going to my regular place, but this was nice for a special treat.

Alexa H was my masseuse and delivered on my deep tissue massage. We’ve been coming here for years now and she really catered to everything. This place is a hidden gem in Philly and the service is always top notch. Highly recommend.

Underground spa located at the Logan hotel is honestly a hidden gem! The spa is located in the lower levels of the Logan hotel. This spa is really small but it’s perfect for couples to have a nice cozy intimate experience. The pool was not up to par with my liking. It was opened to hotel guest but it was super tiny. I think it’s a pool to just dip your body. It was super hot in there but I did not get into the water at all. They also have a fitness center right beside it with updated equipments and a nice size mirror. The locker/shower room was spacious and really clean. I love how they have a waiting area to lounge at while waiting for your masseuse to be ready. The lounge area was dark with candles and lamps dimly lit, they had a water refreshment area with fruits inside, cookies, it smelled really good inside there due to the aromatherapy machine they had on, they had tea and coffees outside of the area which was nice. Our massage was lovelyyyyy!!!! Our massage beds were located side by side and it was so relaxing. Our masseuse was amazing!!!

My boyfriend and I wanted to spend our Valentine’s Day with a couples massage. The facility was clean. With the influx of guests, it was not as calm and quiet with children jumping into the pool right next door. The quality of the massage was no better than a massage I’ve received at a Hand & Stone location. The complimentary drink after the service was nice. I paid a total of $420 for the couples massage with the tip included.

Had an amazing time here with my friends. The service is impeccable, champagne while you wait, comfy robes & slippers, and a private lounge area (with more champagne) after your service. I got the Shea Butter Wrap. Would HIGHLY recommend. I walked out feeling so relaxed & moisturized 😌. Definitely the right way to spend a Saturday morning. Can't wait to come back!
