Employees were friendly and polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They made it so easy for me- I had forgotten my label at home, and instead of making me go all the way back to my house to get it, they let me send it in an email to the store so they could print it out for me. My entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely go here again in the future.

Although the staff is professional and helpful. The prices are outrageous!! Color copies are almost $2.00!!!!! That’s crazy. I know the price of goods are increasing, but that’s ridiculous. The UPS stores must be independently owned because I’ve never paid that much in Mansfield. I will continue to do drop offs. Ask about pricing before you print or make a copy. Don’t assume it’s 0.30-0.50 cents. It’s not. ALMOST $2.00 per page. Crazy!!!!!!

I have been a constant customer here for over 15 years and have never, not once, had a negative interaction. Owner, manager and all staff always with great smiles and welcoming. They always handle me with care and understand the importance of meeting a customer's needs. This store offers packing, shipping, printing, shredding, notarizing, faxing, and mailbox services that meet your needs all in one place. This UPS store is not far from Tarrant County College Trinity River Campus, AMC Palace 9, Coyote Drive-In.  This location is one of the best UPS Stores ever.
