Honestly surprised how fun it was at this club. It straddles the fashion district and South Park (south central) so it’s in a rough part of town. The parking lot was really well lit and there’s a parking attendant watching like a hawk - tip this dude! - the walk up feels cozy and old school speakeasy like we’re in on a secret. Saw a great line up and turns out the owners are huge comedy supporters because they rep a bunch of the acts. Some huge names drop by like Dave Chappelle just to test out material so you get the rawness of their act and see how they craft together a joke. Really love the science behind the comedy act. Here you get some huge names anx up and comers.
This is the best comedy club in Los Angeles. They have the best comics in the world working this club regularly. The best part is a lot of comics come to this club to work out their new bits so I've gotten to witness jokes before anyone else. As a hard core comedy fan I can't recommend this spot enough. Bravo to the owners!
I came here for a secret comedy show for Max Amini (who I’ve been following for a while) and had such a great experience! I hadn’t heard of this place before, but later found out it’s a fairly new spot. Comedy clubs are one of my favorite things to check out, so it’s always exciting to discover a new location. The venue itself is super clean, spacious, and well laid out—you can see the stage clearly from just about anywhere you sit. The air conditioning works perfectly (huge plus for a packed comedy show), and there’s tons of street parking nearby which makes coming here really easy. Currently, they don’t serve food, but they do offer a nice variety of drinks. We also noticed they had snacks available, though they weren’t listed on the menu so we didn’t check them out. Overall, the vibe is great, and I’ll definitely be back for more shows!
Came on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by the entire lineup. I came to hear Tim Dillon talk about being in hellscape downtown LA and I was not disappointed. Leslie Jones was the surprise guest and gave a great extended set. Only issue was that some of the crowd didn’t know how to STFU at a comedy show. Staff was great. Will definitely return.
I had the pleasure of attending the soft opening of this new comedy club in DTLA, and it was an amazing experience! The venue is in a great location but has a cozy, intimate vibe that makes you forget you’re in the heart of the city. The performers, Jordan Rock and Friends, were hilarious, delivering nonstop laughs from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the owners went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt at home. They even served popcorn and had a drink menu, which added a nice touch to the night. I can’t wait to see what future events they have in store! 5 stars all around!
