I started shopping here in the last year of my very senior kitty's life. As she got older and fussier about her food, the variety of well-curated quality food plus helpful, friendly staff were a total godsend. I really believe that shopping here did improve her quality of life during this time. Unfortunately, she passed away over Christmas, and so I want to give a special shout out to the owner and staff here. I came in with a box of cat food that I'd bought and accumulated over the last couple of months which she'd refused to eat. They were exceptionally patient and understanding in going through what I had and refunding almost all of it. At a very emotional time, it was something I was very grateful for at the time and will remember in the future. Really an outstanding store!
