Two couples at a four top, first time for all four of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed the acquaintance and delicious food homemade pasta etc. We are the best cioppino I’ve ever had. The Bolognese was also 10 out of 10. The restaurant is still new and the bar is probably still learning so the cocktails were just slightly lacking, but that will not stop us from returning. Reservations strongly suggested for an early seating.
I made reservations to treat my wife on her birthday. This was our first time at this restaurant. The food, server, service, and a atmosphere was A+. I could not have made a better choice. My wife had salmon that was prepared to perfection. And the capers served with it added an unmatched touch of taste I we had not experienced anywhere. I had their lasagna and it brought my taste buds to life. It was exquisite. I believe it was a combination of three meats cooked in a way that rates the absolute best I have ever had. They treated my wife with a dessert and the hostess personally and quietly helped me sing Happy Birthday to my wife. She had a great birthday at The Veranda and we will be going back. If you go, please make reservations. It is a small restaurant.
Ordered Tagliolini Agli scampi (shrimp noodle), taste was good but I thought it will be spicy but it was not. No spice at all and I expected some spice in it. Also tried roasted goat cheese with peppadew peppers and these peppers looks like small tomatoes. Not super tasty but it is ok to try. Atmosphere was good and waitress was polite and nice. With music and a lot of people talking most of the times what waitress mentioned is not audible and we requested them to repeat many times. I hope they can speak little loud ☺️
The Veranda is truly a standout. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. Inna, the owner, goes above and beyond to make every visit special. Her hospitality is unmatched and makes the whole experience that much better. We always start with the bruschetta and burrata both are consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pasta dishes are perfectly executed every single time, and the steak is tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The Caesar salad is always crisp and delicious, a must-order. Their wine selection is impressive and diverse, with something for every taste and pairing. If you’re looking for a place with amazing food, warm service, and a great atmosphere this is definitely the place!!
We don’t eat out to dinner often since my husband is a chef himself. We absolutely loved the experience, quality, presentation and taste! Everything was amazing
