Came here for a friend’s birthday a few weeks ago and expected a fun night, but the experience fell short. While the venue itself looks nice, the service was a major downside. Staff interactions felt rushed and unhelpful, and it was difficult to get clear answers to simple questions. Between the long waits and the overall attitude, it didn’t feel like a place that values guests—especially for a celebration. For the price and reputation, I expected much better.

A great place to see a live performance. Seems like there is a great view of the stage from everywhere. Excellent lighting and sound just the cherry on top. Staff gets you in quickly with little hassle. Located across the street from a Metro B line station really convenient (no parking nightmares).

Came from FL to see Destroy Boy's 10th year anniversary performance, and W O W. The line moved very fast, and IDs were checked, I felt pretty safe going. This is a GA Venue unless you go to the 2nd floor, so get ready for Mosh Pits, and lots of standing and jumping. I Personally loved that part though!

I traveled from Tijuana to Los Angeles for an event at The Vermont Hollywood, and I’m so glad I did. The location is great, especially if, like me, you’re not very familiar with LA. It was easy to get there, and the venue is in a convenient, safe area. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. They do check IDs at the entrance, which adds to the sense of security. I have to give a special shoutout to Mike at the door such a great guy! Friendly, helpful and smiley person. Inside, everything was well-organized, clean, and comfortabl. The ambiance is vibrant yet relaxed, and it’s a great place to unwind, enjoy music, and share laughs with friends or even strangers. They also offer drinks at reasonable prices, which is always a plus in LA. Whether you’re there for a concert, a karaoke night, or just looking for a cool place to hang out, this venue delivers. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting or living in the area.
