I had an amazing experience at the Vitamin Shoppe in Fairfax Village! I was a bit nervous going in for a return, but Michael and Shaun made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and positive energy instantly put me at ease. Not only did they handle the return quickly, but they also took the time to guide me toward the right products for my fitness goals. I left with exactly what I needed — and even more motivation to hit the gym! With confidence, I’ll definitely be coming back again — this is my home store now. Amazing service today by David. Greeted me as I entered the store, asked if I needed anything. I did, I was looking for the same product that I bought here last time, I just wasn’t sure which one or where. He pulled up my purchase history, showed me the way, explained a bit more about the difference in some of the collagen products that helped me decide and make a purchase. All in less than five minutes. This is what I call quality, knowledgeable and seamless service, and it’s also why vitamin shoppe is still around when everything is now online. Keep it up. I enjoyed the customer service.
