I brought in a watch that hadn’t worked in years, a gift from my father that holds deep sentimental value. After visiting multiple shops in Port St. Lucie and being told it would have to be sent away, I was starting to lose hope.Then I found this store. Not only were they kind, professional, and attentive, but the owner didn’t even charge me for the repair. That level of honesty and humanity is rare.They also have a beautiful selection of watches for every style and price range, and the staff is always friendly and available. Five stars simply isn’t enough to reflect the experience I had.

Came in here because another shop said they couldn't change the battery on my watch. The other shop also WAY overcharged me for a simple battery change on a different watch. When I came in the Aficionado was very sweet and honest about his work and pricing and worked on both of the watches with no problems. He is truly a master at his trade and is a kind an honest businessman! I wouldn't suggest anyone go anywhere else.

I don't remember the last time I had such an excellent and pleasant customer service experience. I originally came to this shop to have some links taken out of my PRX and have it adjusted. Mariano was kind enough to have this service done for me free of charge even though I didn’t purchase from him. We had a nice talk about watches, it's like I've known him for years! What a great person to talk to. I would recommend this shop to anyone that's looking for a great selection of watches / jewelry + 10/10 customer service.
