First time coming to get a wax and I must say I had a great experience. Mercedes was so sweet, she did a phenomenal job! I would definitely recommend her to anyone for their waxing needs. I will be back!

Mercedes is super skilled and efficient! She’s officially my wax person since I’ve moved to Charlotte. In addition to being personable and skilled, her set up is super clean, organized and most importantly No Double Dipping of wax sticks. I highly recommend her.

This was only my 2nd time ever being waxed and Mercedes did an amazing job. She was extremely sweet and made the experience a memorable one. Great conversationalist. Informed me of what she was doing every step of the way. She made me feel extremely comfortable. If you’re thinking about it go head and do it! I got the Brazilian and a vajacial! Thank you Mercedes and I’ll definitely be back!

The appointment started on time, and Mercedes was very professional, friendly, and made me feel totally at ease. She used clean tools, and was super quick. Pain? Yeah, it stings — it’s hot wax ripping hair out by the root — but honestly, it was way more tolerable than I expected, especially with someone who knew what they were doing. The results? Silky smooth, no patches, and minimal irritation afterward. She. even gave tips for post-wax care (aloe, exfoliation, etc.), which helped a lot with preventing ingrown hairs. No amount of professionalism will make a Brazilian wax entirely pleasant. But if you’re thinking about it — do it. And definitely come here. Thanks Mercedes!
