Racist and Xenophobic place!!!! I want to say that I had a very bad experience at this business. I was looking for a waxing service in Liverpool when my husband and I are here for few weeks both for business purpose. I randomly googled '' waxing in Liverpool'' and I had tried many places and none of them had slot for myself. I tried The waxing Spa that belongs to a brazilian lady as I am brazilian too I decided to book an appointment at the spa that was the only one with slots available from the dates that I wanted the other ones was fully booked and with slots available with 10 days. I do believe each client is individual, some of them feel more painful some other not. Deva started the procedure and I started to squeeze my face, which upsets her a lot and she started make very uncomfortable questions saying if "I would to handle all the procedure". In very snotty way. The question was made in English. As I me and her speak both Portuguese and English for me what ever is I can communicate easily. The next question she asked when I was from. I said Brazil. Then she started to attack me and insult me in Portuguese language which made me so scared and shocked. She said that she don´t usually get brazilians clients because of their behaviour and attitude ( she meant because I squeezed my face) totally racist and xenophobic comment. I realized she was feeling uncomfortable to have a brazilian as her as a client once she lives in England she supose to have only white or English clients. Racist. She is a brazilian that hate her own race. I was mistreated at that place and this never happen to me in any place of the world. She was aggressive to me, said to me lots of insults and I was there just paying for her service nothing else. My money is same and has the same value as the others. I do not recommend this place either her services unless your are "white and European" she might will kiss your feet I will for sure take an action for the abuse and racism I have suffered at that place. EDIT 1 : After this review and the other on Facebook I was threatened by a man who identified himself as her husband asking me to delete the review otherwise he will take a legal action against me. Because he have seen the footage of me calling her racist and OUR argument. The whole argument happened in the room where all the ladies have the waxing session where we usually get undressed for waxing. When this happen I was totally naked and being verbally abused. He said there is CCTV in the reception only but he also said he have seen the footage that happen in the room, not sure if there is CCTV inside the ladies room or not. Also a serious establishment would never left a client leave their premisses bringing with them a bad impression. I want to say I never seen Deva in my life I do not had nothing against her personally. She mistreated myself calling me fussy and nasty like all brazilians, and in all her words she mentioned my nationality as "bad thing". Racism is crime and I will take action also for those that I saying that my declarations are false. When they never witness the abused I have suffered.

First time getting waxed I was very nervous had the Hollywood and legs, was made to feel very comfortable and I can’t believe how little pain there was, I’d definitely go again, good prices, great location and the spa itself was super nice and very clean.
