I doubt I have enough space to say all the good things about our experience at the Wedding Chapel on the Mtn. We chose this venue for the wedding of our second daughter after having planned and executed the wedding of our first daughter ourselves (mostly me, the mom, as both girls are in the Army). This venue is an all inclusive with a variety of price point options. In spite of choosing one of the highest options, this wedding (with an equal number of people) cost us less than the one we planned ourselves. And for that price, let me just tell you, NOTHING was left out. They think of everything and are right there with you the whole time to make sure it goes off flawlessly to the vision of the bride. From the initial planning to the coordination meetings with the bride over FaceTime and phone (because she lives out of state) to the time conserving rehearsal, beautiful send-off and last minute details like packing up leftovers and (a day later) which bag and car the cards had been put in, Sherill, Suzie, Brittany (Brittany, our day of coordinator was AMAZING!) and their entire staff are beyond fabulous. Do yourself a huge stress reliever and have your wedding at the Chapel on the Mountain. Oh yes, we have gotten our formal photos back yet, but I’ve never had a photographer who was as patient and task oriented as the one at this wedding. I can’t remember her name but ask for the girl who worked the 3 Jan 26 wedding!
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding venue! The grounds, the ceremony space, and the reception area were all beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was flawless, and their professionalism and warmth made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous the venue was and how smoothly the day flowed even though it rained. If you’re looking for a breathtaking venue with exceptional service, this is truly the place to celebrate such a special day. Highly recommend!
It was a lovely venue, and Sherill and her staff were amazing to work with. The planning pages are set up and sent out to cover everything you could think about for your special day and are spaced out to not be overwhelming. Our day of coordinator, Brittany, was great to work with as well and was able to make day of decor changes without an issue. I can't imagine going through the wedding planning process on my own, and it was so easy to be able to pay one vendor instead of multiple (dj, caterer, floral, photographer, etc.). I've recommended this venue to two of my other friends getting married next year and would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have a stress free dream wedding.
I had the best wedding ever at The Wedding Chapel on the Mountain. The staff walked us through every decision, including colors, flowers, cake, dinner, music, and decor. We didn't have to worry about contacting multiple vendors; instead, we simply informed the staff of our preferences, and they took care of everything for us. It took so much stress out of the wedding planning process. On the day of our ceremony, it was raining all morning, and I was worried we wouldn't get to have the outdoor ceremony we wanted. But the rain stopped just an hour before ceremony time, and the staff came out with fans and towels to dry the seats off so we could have our outdoor ceremony. I was so happy and thankful that they went the extra mile to do that for us. The whole day went so smoothly. Our coordinator made sure everything happened at the right times, and we had absolutely no issues on our day. It was perfect. I cannot praise their work enough. I highly recommend choosing The Wedding Chapel on the Mountain for your wedding!
Posting as the Father of the Bride. This venue made my daughter's wedding easy and special. They handled everything. The flowers, the decorations, the photographer, the food, the DJ, the seating, etc. The only thing we really had to provide extra was any alcoholic beverages and we had our own minister to perform the ceremony. Being a fall wedding the trees were beautiful. The waterfall behind the arch where the wedding took place was really nice. The whole area was very nice. The groom's house was a cute little cottage style house with places to sit, a little video game cabinet, a mini fridge, and a tv. There was also an indoor Chapel if it was needed. And I'm sure the lady's house was nice too. The dining hall was also spacious with an outdoor patio area as well. The wedding coordinator (Heidi) and staff helping her including the bartender and folks bringing the food in and out we're all very friendly and helpful. The DJ and photographer were also on point. Kudos to the whole place for their atmosphere and professionalism. I'm not planning on getting married again myself but if I were in that position I'd consider this venue. They took care of everything, kept the wedding on track and were reasonably priced. And most importantly, like I said, my daughter's and son-in-law's wedding went off without a hitch and they had a special day.
