We can’t thank Anna and her staff at Weddings & Events enough! We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. They did so much to make the entire day perfect and stress free!! The service, attention to detail and professionalism was top notch. The owner, Anna is a wonderful person to work with, she listened to what I was looking for and delivered beyond my expectations. OMG, we found this venue the week of my wedding and ANNA really made my day feel like it was planned months in advance. Down to her having a bartender and photographer on hand last minute. This venue was great and served duo purpose wedding and reception. Thank you again ANNA for a night to remember!!!

My wife and I are so happy that we met Anna. We were having a lot of problems with our wedding plans with regards to the weather, the venue, and the person officiating it. We decided to go to the courthouse and get married by a commissioner. It was obvious by our clothing that we were there to get married, as many people congratulated us while we walked through the halls. This is how we met Anna. We learned that she was a minister and officiant, and that she speaks Spanish (my wife's native language). Additionally, she was willing to come to our venue the next day (the Rum Shaker, a tiki boat with VB Tiki Tours, see my separate review on their page) and perform the ceremony during our two hour cruise. With this single, chance-encounter, all of our problems were solved. Still, we wanted to officially tie the knot there and get our paperwork complete so that we didn't have to make another trip back to the courthouse. So in less than 15 minutes, Anna married us, and she helped us get four official copies of our marriage license. We went to a pretty location outside and she even took approximately 50 photos of us together! The next day, Anna met us at the marina. We boarded the boat and cruised to a scenic location near First Landing State Park. During the cruise, we had a nice time talking with Anna, and it turns out that she also has some great play lists on her phone. (The Rum Shaker has a Bluetooth speaker for guests to connect to.) When we reached the spot, Anna performed a beautiful ceremony in both English and Spanish. Afterwards, we celebrated with wine, food and cake. We returned to the marina with content and happy hearts, overjoyed that all of our plans came together, and Anna was a crucial part of this. She has a wealth of professional experience and a warm demeanor, and she was intentionally vested in helping us to have the best on this important day. So Anna, thank you so much!

Anna was nothing less than amazing. All of my guest raved about her and how the words she spoke was like she truly knew us for years. She was so sweet and accommodating through the whole process and kept us up to date and informed every step of the way. Even went out of her way to give us places she recommended for things like photography and cake. If you are looking for someone that will truly make your day even more special Anna is your girl!! We will be having more events at her place for sure. Thank you again Anna for everything! You made our day even more amazing then it already was

Anna was a gift. We are so thankful we found her, we could not have had a better officiant. Our ceremony was an elopement with short notice. Our day was very emotional and special. Anna made us feel comfortable and her service was beautiful and specialized to us. Thank you so much, Anna! 🥰
