What a great initiative! It is packed with so many items and resources we use yearly in the classroom but that might be considered waste in most households. They keep them clean, organized, easy to find and staff is very helpful.
We had the best time shopping for some upcoming school and pta projects! Found some great things to use for a paint night and school play.
Literally THE place to go if you wanna do an art project. Affordable nonprofit with a massive backroom warehouse for teachers to shop for free. Your donation here will help soooo many others down the line. Extremely well organized, clean, fun to browse store. Die was so helpful and creative, not to mention hilarious and could even do stand up tbh. I wanted to do a big group mixed media project for scrapbook crafting (DIY Grimoire) and came out with several pounds of books and glueable odds n ends for the project for $30…. For comparison - Getting a single pack of rocks or whatnot on amazon is like $15, and we got the equivalent of like 30 of those packs (which would have amounted to like $450) …..for only $30 💀😱 Also I LOVED all the art from local artists for sale. Such cool pieces that incorporate reuse!
Best place ever especially for teachers! I love "shopping" for free for my classroom. Their motto is the best "Fill a classroom, not a landfill." The teacher area is only for teachers. I also love to purchase item in the front shop which is anyone. Yesterday, I was able to fulfill all my childhood dreams by get 12 Strawberry Shortcake dolls. They have so many random, cool treasures so I go often. The prices cannot be beat. I highly recommend you check it out if you love vintage items, collectibles, crafty stuff, etc. It is like a permanent estate sale with lots of curated items.
Wonderful resource with great staff that does an awesome job organizing everything and making this sooo easy for educators to get in and get out with whatever they need. What an awesome place. Will definitely be back! They have an easy app to use to scan all your items to see how much money you save by shopping here and it helps them to keep a record too so that they can get more funding to keep this awesome place going!
