I had such a great experience with laser hair removal at The White Room Beauty Spa. I was a bit nervous going in, but they made me feel really comfortable right away. They explained everything clearly, and the treatment itself was quick and way easier than I expected. The space is super clean and relaxing, and you can tell they really care about their clients. I’m already noticing results and honestly wish I started sooner. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. During my laser treatments, I was burned multiple times on my face, which has unfortunately resulted in permanent scarring. The clinic said this was normal, but other professionals have confirmed it’s not. possibly due to lack of experience with darker skin tones. I trusted this clinic with my skin and ended up with results that are worse than when I started. I hope the clinic takes situations like this more seriously in the future but in the meanwhile sharing my experience for others awareness.
