⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I organised Wilderness Chef to cater a private long lunch for my event at Villa Toscana and the experience was absolutely incredible. The two chefs (Dan & Jody) were so friendly and professional, and the food was delicious. We received so many compliments from the guests throughout the day. I’ve attended two other events in the past catered by Wilderness Chef, so I already knew I wanted to book them for this event I was organising and they delivered once again!! The communication to the lead up of the event was fantastic and the team were super easy and responsive. A big thank you to the team, I’ll definitely continue recommending Wilderness Chef!!

The food at our wedding was absolutely phenomenal beautifully presented and far beyond anything we imagined. Every dish was a hit, and our family are still raving about it. The ranch sauce? Truly to die for. Our families have now turned it into a treasured heirloom recipe 😂. A very special shoutout to James, who brought warmth, professionalism, and pure joy to the day. He presented each dish with genuine excitement, letting his love for great food shine through. Even with our corgi puppy Albie trotting in and out of the kitchen, James never missed a beat gracious, funny, and completely at ease. By the end of the night, he felt like part of the family. The Wilderness Chef were the absolute perfect choice for our wedding because they were able to work without access to power, making them excellent for garden weddings. The calibre of the food they delivered though was totally unrivalled, and even more impressive given that they were without a real kitchen! The lamb was unbelievably tender and received compliments from almost every guest. Another highlight was the mushrooms, which were absolutely divine! Cooper and his crew were incredibly efficient and professional, and were eager to please! As a bonus, because we had the banquet style food, we got to take home a load of leftovers so that we could continue to enjoy our wedding feast for the next week! Seriously couldn't be happier with these guys, if you're considering getting them to cater your you won't be disappointed!

The Wilderness Chef team catered our wedding reception at Berry Hill and did a fantastic job! Not only was the food they created absolutely delicious, they were able to easily provide a completely gluten free menu so that I, the bride who also happens to have coeliac disease, didn’t have to worry about getting sick on my wedding day. The guests were blown away by the canapés and meals - they were of the highest quality, fresh and delicious. We had an excellent experience with The Wilderness Chef right from the initial contact, through planning and the menu designing process, to the delicious food served on the day. Their ability to feed us all on a property beside the Hawkesbury river was amazing, we only had to provide a covered work area and power, and they worked their magic. We would 100% recommend The Wilderness Chef to anyone getting married or holding an event where catering is required.
